My story of filling your cup of joy
What makes us well? What makes us happy? Are we actually paying attention to ourselves and prioritising our needs above other things?
Whether you are a homemaker or a working mom, it is vital to keep yourself happy and to keep your cup of joy full at all times. Being constantly in the role of homemaker with your children around you 24/7, or working non-stop takes a toll on your wellbeing.
If you are not content with your cup, you will not be able to live life with satisfaction and bring joy to your life.
Drink a cup of coffee in a beachside café, or take a walk down a path you always wanted to, but couldn’t because you were with someone who just wouldn’t understand why you wanted to walk there, or why you longed to sit under a particular tree!
This is a journey we will make together! In that journey, I will share some of my memoirs, and I look forward to all of you sharing your thoughts describing how it made you feel!
Live, laugh, and spread the love!
